WHAT IS OHANA BOOTCAMP
Think boot camp meets adventure meets Baywatch. We are of course referring to the fun body sculpting land & sea-based training activities and not the slow-motion running.

Utilizing a combination of Cornwall’s beautiful landscape, endless white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and fresh local food, we have created a total adventure fitness experience like no other. Not only will it ignite your love for a healthy and active lifestyle but will also equip you with the skills and mindset needed to continue achieving your health, fitness or weight loss goals even after your experience with us.

Having the flexibility to start your boot camp holiday whenever you like means that you have every opportunity to achieve your health& fitness goals. From one week packages and more, you can enjoy a tailor-made holiday to suit your personal specifications and goals.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Below is an example of the activities and services included in a 7-day boot camp holiday package.
Please note that our packages are fully customizable to suit your personal preferences and goals. 

1. 7 Night stay at your accommodation of choice – Choose from a range of our luxury accommodation options

2. Initial fitness evaluation

3. Between 2-3 daily fitness sessions. Once we have established your current fitness level, experience and goals we will work with you to tailor-make your package. This will ensure you recieve the adequate amount of training per day to challenge you as well as allowing your body to recover safely for the following day. Our Fitness sessions and activities cater for all levels.

4. Meals are included -Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and daily healthy snacks to enjoy at your leisure. Alcohol and fizzy drinks are not included.

SEA-BASED TRAINING ACTIVITIES: Any training activities involving the sea are optional and will only be carried out in safe conditions/flat water and will not require you to do any open water swimming. Any sea-based activities will only be done in favourable temperatures and you will be provided with appropriate clothing for this, for example, a wetsuit.

FITNESS SESSIONS: All fitness sessions focus on improving your strength, endurance and posture while building a toned & healthy body, as well as helping you to lose unwanted and stubborn weight where appropriate. Unless affected by adverse weather conditions, all of our fitness sessions and activities are delivered at a variety of beautiful beaches and outdoor locations. Alternatively, these classes will be delivered in our studio or gym.

MEALS
Your meals will be provided through a combination of delicious freshly prepared daily meal packs, inspired by local and international recipes as well as exploring some of the very best local restaurants to sample healthy and nutritious dishes. We will show you just how easy it is to be able to plan your meals around your busy schedule as well as being able to eat out with friends and family, without having to worry about jeopardizing your weight loss goals / healthy eating plan. All of your meals will compliment your training programme and ensure your body receives the adequate amount and correct type of food to repair your muscles and restore energy to your body, so that you are ready for your next day of hard (but fun) work!
WEEK SCHEDULE
Please note that the sample schedule below is being used to demonstrate a general outline of what you can expect from your boot camp holiday with us. The intensity of the schedule is altered according to the individual requirements and travel arrangements of each client.

Please remember that you are able to arrive and start your boot camp holiday on any day of the week.

Our fitness/activity sessions are scheduled at the most appropriate times each day, according to seasonal temperature changes. This is to ensure your sessions are delivered in comfortable temperatures.

Pick up from the airport and drop off at your accommodation where you will have some time to settle in before you enjoy a delicious healthy meal at one of the local restaurants with our founder and celebrity personal trainer Tehillah McGuinness. We will work with you to create a custom-made fitness package to suit your goals, experience, fitness level and training/activity preferences. Our packages are fully customizable to give you the opportunity to create a personal fitness package as intense (or not) as you like, according to your goals and holiday specifications. Our personal training sessions and packages cater for private 1:1, couples, family and group bookings.

PERSONAL TRAINING
