Our personal training sessions and fitness holiday packages are tailored to your personal fitness level, goals and length of stay in Cornwall. From one fitness session to week-long fitness holidays and more, our one-to-one personal training sessions combine an exciting mix of training styles, including boxing pad drills, HIIT training, strength endurance training, flexibility and more. Our passionate team will work with you to find the method of training you’ll fall in love with.
Ohana® Surf and Fitness have been helping others to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals for many years, with a special focus on the mental aspect of training.
Our team will work with you to assess your own level of fitness and build on your strengths while helping you to break through your personal physical and mental barriers. If desired, our expertly devised nutrition and exercise plans will help you to stay on track once you get home from your life-changing experience with us.
Our PT sessions last for 1 hour and take place at one of our beautiful outdoor training locations. Our personal training fitness packages are not all-inclusive retreats. Once your session is finished, the rest of the day is yours to relax with your favourite book on the beach, or take in the beauty that Cornwall has to offer, at your own leisure.

About Your Personal Trainer
Tehillah McGuinness is a South African Pro-Surfer and founder of Ohana® Surf and Fitness. Tehillah is a sponsored athlete who formerly placed top ten in the South African Surf Championships and ranked as high as #3 on the UK Pro Surf Tour as well as top 10 on the European Longboard Rankings.
Along with her surfing exploits, Tehillah is an accomplished athlete. A former Olympic long-distance hopeful, Tehillah has studied to an international level and has been working in the health and fitness industry for over ten years, specializing in celebrity personal training.
Tehillah not only excels at helping people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals but equips them with the knowledge and motivation they need to continue on their health and fitness journeys, even after their fitness holiday experience.
At Ohana® Surf and Fitness, we have an array of passionate in-house fitness and wellness experts, including qualified Yoga and Pilates instructors.
Along with tailored training programmes, Ohana® Surf and Fitness offer custom nutrition plans. These are devised by Jean-Martine McGuinness, our in-house qualified expert. Jean-Martine has been a practicing dietitian for over 30 years.
